Short description
Set in Belfast during the 1970s, this drama focuses on Terri Hooley, a music enthusiast who sought an alternative to the violence of the Northern Ireland conflict. Hooley established a record store called Good Vibrations, which eventually grew into a record label. Through this venture, he provided a platform for punk rock bands such as The Undertones, Rudi, and The Outcasts, though his passion for the music often led to personal and financial instability.
The film was co-directed by Lisa Barros D'Sa and Glenn Leyburn, marking the second project in their shared directing chronology following Cherrybomb.
