Secret Love

A young woman faces a personal crisis when her husband falls into a coma following a car accident. While struggling with her grief and loneliness, she discovers that her spouse has an identical twin brother who returns from abroad to help. Because the two men look exactly alike, the widow finds emotional and physical solace in the arms of her brother-in-law.
