Last Vegas

Last Vegas follows four men who have been friends since childhood. When Billy, the group's lifelong bachelor, decides to marry a woman far younger than he is, his three companions join him in Las Vegas for a bachelor party. What begins as a celebration of his last days of single life turns into something more complicated, as the city they remember has changed over the decades and old tensions among the friends come to the surface.

The film is directed by Jon Turteltaub, made after The Sorcerer's Apprentice and before The Meg, and written by Dan Fogelman. Michael Douglas plays Billy, with Robert De Niro as Paddy, Morgan Freeman as Archie and Kevin Kline as Sam; Mary Steenburgen and Jerry Ferrara also appear in the credited cast of 28. It was released in late 2013 and runs 105 minutes.

Made for about 28 million dollars, the comedy earned roughly 134 million worldwide, a strong return on its budget. Audiences received it reasonably well, with a rating of 6.6 on IMDb from around 140,000 votes and 6.4 on TMDB from a much smaller pool. Critics were harsher, giving it 5.2 out of 10 across 142 reviews, placing it below the audience scores.
