The Machine Girl

After her parents' death, Ami Hyuga looks after her younger brother, Yu, while trying to finish school. When Yu runs into trouble with a local yakuza boss's son, Sho, and is killed, Ami goes after those responsible. She is captured and tortured at the clan's hideout, losing her left arm, but escapes and is taken in by Miki and Suguru, a mechanic couple whose own son was also killed by Sho's group. They build her a replacement limb that doubles as a machine gun, and she sets out for revenge.
