Divine Comedy

Bahram is a forty-year-old director whose career has been defined by films that were never permitted for screening in Iran. When the Ministry of Culture denies permission for his latest project, he decides to rebel against the system. Accompanied by Sadaf, a sharp-tongued producer who travels by Vespa, he attempts to secretly show his work to an Iranian audience. Throughout this mission, the pair must navigate government censorship, bureaucratic obstacles, and Bahram's own insecurities.
