Set in Lisbon during the 1980s, this historical drama follows Rosa, a woman who joins a secret far-left armed group. The members are united by their shared political beliefs and a mutual dissatisfaction with the state of Portugal following the revolution. As they navigate their daily lives together, their idealism is challenged by a shifting national landscape and a massive police crackdown. The group is forced into a desperate existence marked by bank robberies and bombings, leaving them with little choice but to remain on the run to avoid imprisonment or death.

The film was directed by Ivo M. Ferreira, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Hélder Beja. It is a co-production between Luxembourg and Portugal, produced by Tarantula and O Som e a Fúria. The ensemble cast features Jani Zhao in the lead role of Rosa, alongside Rodrigo Tomás as Jaime, José Pimentão as Marlow, Gonçalo Waddington as Amanuense, Isac Graça as Queiroz, and João Catarré as Balela.
