Mutants

A deadly virus has transformed the majority of the human population into bloodthirsty creatures. Sonia and Marco, a couple traveling in an ambulance with police officers, attempt to reach a research facility called NOAH that is rumored to be infection-free and developing a cure. After becoming separated from the others, the couple takes refuge in an abandoned building. While Sonia is pregnant and immune to the virus, she discovers that Marco has been infected. As he slowly transforms into a mutant, Sonia must fight to survive attacks from both infected beings and human marauders while dealing with the growing threat posed by her partner.

This French science fiction horror film was directed by David Morley, who also co-wrote the screenplay alongside Louis-Paul Desanges and Ludovic du Clary.
