After surviving attempts to end her own life, a young woman named Joey discovers she is pregnant. As she tries to start over, she begins experiencing unsettling visions and seeing entities that others cannot perceive, including a persistent and frightening woman. Joey fears for her unborn child, believing a spirit may be targeting the baby. To understand and stop these supernatural occurrences, she seeks help from her former partner, Sam.

The horror thriller was directed by Danny Pang and Oxide Pang Chun, following their work on The Eye in 2002.
