Son of Batman

Batman discovers that he has a young son, Damian, whose existence has been kept from him and who was raised in secret by the League of Assassins under the influence of Talia al Ghul and her father, Ra's al Ghul. Trained from an early age to kill without hesitation, Damian arrives in Gotham with a violent, stubborn temperament that clashes with Bruce Wayne's methods. When Deathstroke emerges as a threat to the boy and to the League itself, Batman must take responsibility for his son and keep him out of harm's way, while trying to teach him that fighting crime cannot mean becoming a criminal. Commissioner Gordon and Nightwing lend support as the conflict with Deathstroke unfolds.

This animated adaptation of a DC Comics storyline is the fifth film in the DC Universe Animated Original Movies line directed by Ethan Spaulding, following his Scooby-Doo animated features and Batman: Assault on Arkham, and preceding Justice League: Throne of Atlantis.
