Scooby-Doo! WrestleMania Mystery

Shaggy and Scooby-Doo win tickets to WrestleMania and talk the rest of the Mystery Inc. gang into traveling to WWE City for the event. Their trip takes a turn when a Ghost Bear begins threatening the town and the WWE Championship itself, pushing the group into a case that mixes their usual sleuthing with the world of professional wrestling. Along the way they get help from WWE Superstars including John Cena, Triple H, Sin Cara, Brodus Clay, AJ Lee, The Miz and Kane, several of whom voice versions of themselves in the film.

Directed by Brandon Vietti, who also produced, the movie followed his earlier animated features Superman: Doomsday and Batman: Under the Red Hood, and came before his later work on LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes: Justice League vs. Bizarro League, DC Showcase – Batman: Death in the Family and the two Watchmen chapters. Michael Ryan wrote the screenplay. The voice cast includes Frank Welker as Fred and Scooby-Doo, Matthew Lillard as Shaggy, Grey DeLisle as Daphne, Mindy Cohn as Velma, April Jeanette Mendez as AJ Lee and Mary McCormack as Ms. Richards.

Released in 2014, the film runs 84 minutes and was made by Warner Bros. Animation with WWE Studios. On IMDb it holds a 6.2 rating from roughly 4,500 votes, while on TMDB it rates 7.3 from a much smaller pool of around 350 votes, so the two audiences differ noticeably. It is a family-oriented animated mystery comedy built around a crossover between two established entertainment brands.
