Batman vs. Robin

Batman vs. Robin follows Damian Wayne, the son of Bruce Wayne, as he struggles with his father's strict refusal to kill. Gotham City is under pressure from threats including the Dollmaker, a deranged villain, and the Court of Owls, a secret society that has quietly shaped the city's history for generations. When Damian, operating as Robin, encounters the mysterious Talon while investigating a case, he is drawn into the Court's orbit, and the conflict between father and son becomes as dangerous as the enemies they face.

The animated film was released in April 2015 and runs 80 minutes. It was directed by Jay Oliva, the eleventh of the thirteen films he directed in chronological order, following Batman: Assault on Arkham and preceding Batman: Bad Blood. J. M. DeMatteis wrote the screenplay, James Tucker produced, and the voice cast includes Jason O'Mara as Batman, Stuart Allan as Robin, David McCallum as Alfred, Sean Maher as Nightwing, Jeremy Sisto as Talon and "Weird Al" Yankovic as the Dollmaker.

Audience response has been solid: on IMDb it holds 7.1/10 from around 28,000 votes, and on TMDB 7.2/10 from just over a thousand votes, a close agreement between the two. It is a US production from DC Entertainment, DC Comics and Warner Bros. Animation, blending action, adventure, animation, crime and science fiction.
