Anna Rook lives sealed off from the outside world, confined to an old Victorian house on the edge of a Louisiana town by a severe case of agoraphobia. Her brother's death leaves her alone and isolated, with only occasional visits from friends and a helpful acquaintance named Dan to break her routine. Then three criminals break in, expecting an easy target. Anna is unable to run or escape, and the intruders soon discover that her fear of open spaces is not her only psychological condition, turning the house into a trap for everyone inside.
Adam Schindler directed this American horror-thriller from a screenplay by T.J. Cimfel and David White. It is his first feature, followed years later by Don't Move. Beth Riesgraf heads the cast as Anna, with Martin Starr, Jack Kesy, Rory Culkin, Leticia Jimenez and Joshua Mikel appearing alongside her. Steven Schneider, Lati Grobman and Jeff Rice produced the ninety-minute film.
Audience response is mixed and modest: on IMDb it holds 5.7 out of 10 from roughly 15,000 votes, and on TMDB 5.9 out of 10 from about 525 votes. A critics' rating of 5.2 out of 10 from 24 reviews places professional assessments slightly below the audience scores on IMDb.
