Short description
Rachel Watson is a woman struggling with a recent divorce who spends her daily train commute observing a couple living in a house along the route. She imagines they lead a perfect life until she witnesses a shocking event from her window. This discovery pulls her into a complex mystery involving a disappearance and secrets hidden from others.
Directed by Tate Taylor, this crime thriller was the third feature in his directorial sequence, following The Help and Get On Up. The film stars Emily Blunt in the lead role, with a supporting cast that includes Rebecca Ferguson, Haley Bennett, Luke Evans, Justin Theroux, and Allison Janney. Produced by Marc Platt and Jared LeBoff, the project was a collaboration between DreamWorks Pictures, Reliance Entertainment, and Marc Platt Productions.
