Visions

A pregnant woman moves to a vineyard with her husband to start a new life away from the city. Shortly after arriving, she begins experiencing frightening visions and hearing strange noises that no one else can perceive. As she struggles to prove her sanity to her concerned husband, she investigates the history of their new home and discovers a dark connection to the property. Her efforts to uncover the truth lead to a dangerous conspiracy that threatens both her and her unborn child.

Directed by Kevin Greutert, this horror mystery follows his previous work on Jessabelle and precedes his direction of Jackals. The film features a cast including Isla Fisher, Anson Mount, Gillian Jacobs, Jim Parsons, Joanna Cassidy, and Eva Longoria. Produced by Universal Pictures, Blumhouse Productions, and Chapter One Films, the project involved a credited crew of 128 people and a cast of 20. Since its release on August 28, 2015, the movie has received a mixed response from viewers, holding a rating of 5.3/10 on TMDB based on 458 votes.
