Transpecos

Three US Border Patrol agents staff a remote checkpoint in the American desert. Their routine of isolation and boredom is interrupted when the contents of a vehicle reveal a conspiracy within their own organization. The discovery pulls the men into a dangerous situation involving lies and betrayal, leaving them to fight for their lives over the following twenty-four hours.

The thriller was directed by Greg Kwedar, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Clint Bentley. This was the first of two films directed by Kwedar, followed by Sing Sing in 2024. The movie stars Gabriel Luna as Lance Flores, Clifton Collins Jr. as Lou Hobbs, and Johnny Simmons as Benjamin Davis, with supporting roles played by Lora Martinez-Cunningham, Will Brittain, and Luis Bordonada.
