Undisputed III: Redemption

Yuri Boyka, a Russian inmate once known as a feared prison fighter, is struggling after a knee injury that has left him limping and reduced to menial work. When an international tournament is organised among prisons, drawing fighters from around the world with freedom promised to the winner, Boyka sees a way to rebuild his standing. He must first earn his place in the competition, then fight through opponents while his damaged knee troubles him at every stage.

The film is directed by Isaac Florentine, working from a screenplay by David N. White. It follows Undisputed II: Last Man Standing in Florentine's filmography, and came between Ninja and Assassin's Bullet. Scott Adkins returns as Boyka, the role he had played as an antagonist in the earlier instalment, now the central character. The cast also includes Mykel Shannon Jenkins, Mark Ivanir, Hristo Shopov and Marko Zaror. Produced by Nu Image and Undisputed 3 Productions in Bulgaria and the United States, it had a budget of about 3 million dollars.

The film has found a sizable audience since its 2010 release. On IMDb it holds a rating of 7.3 from roughly 47,000 votes, while on TMDB it stands at 7.6 from around a thousand votes. Both figures indicate a strongly positive response from viewers, with the larger IMDb sample suggesting the rating is a stable one.
