Just Peck

Michael Peck is a fifteen-year-old student at American High who struggles with his image due to his small build and youthful appearance. He faces constant belittlement from his teachers and is viewed as a geek by his peers. His difficulties extend to his home life, where his parents maintain a rigid environment by scheduling family interactions in planners and requiring signed contracts for his extracurricular activities.

This family comedy was directed by Michael A. Nickles, following his 1994 film Desert Winds and preceding Playback, A Spartan Dream, and his other works. The screenplay was written by Marc Arneson. The movie features Keir Gilchrist in the lead role, appearing alongside Brie Larson, Marcia Cross, Adam Arkin, Camryn Manheim, and Kyle Kaplan.
