Edge of Winter

Elliot Baker has recently divorced and lost his job, and he sees an opportunity to spend time with his two sons, Bradley and Caleb, when his ex-wife leaves them in his care while she goes on vacation. What begins as an outing in the woods turns into a nightmare when the three become stranded during a winter storm and take shelter in a remote cabin. As the night wears on, the boys come to suspect that the man meant to protect them may be the greatest danger they face.

The drama thriller, set in Canada and the United States, was directed by Rob Connolly, who wrote the screenplay with Kyle Mann. Joel Kinnaman plays Elliot, with Tom Holland as Bradley, Percy Hynes White as Caleb, Rachelle Lefevre as Karen and Rossif Sutherland as Luc.
