Short description
In Barcelona, Spain, a successful young businessman named Adrián Doria is accused of murdering his mistress after being found in a locked hotel room with her body. To prepare for his upcoming trial, he meets with Virginia Goodman, a specialist lawyer known for handling difficult cases. Together, they spend an evening developing a legal defense strategy to prove his innocence.
The film was written and directed by Oriol Paulo, following his 2012 production The Body and preceding his later works Mirage and God's Crooked Lines. The cast features Mario Casas as the accused businessman, alongside Ana Wagener, Jose Coronado, Bárbara Lennie, Francesc Orella, and Paco Tous.
Produced by Nostromo Pictures, Atresmedia, Think Studio, and Movistar+, the movie operated on a budget of 4 million USD and earned 31 million USD at the worldwide box office.
