Amityville 1992: It's About Time

An architect named Jacob Sterling comes home from a business trip with an antique clock he took from a mansion in Amityville, New York, that is about to be torn down. He does not know where the clock came from, and he brings it into the house where he lives with his family. Once it is there, a demonic presence begins to make itself felt, affecting the household and the people in it. Jacob's son Rusty is the first to suspect that something evil has arrived with the clock, but no one believes him.

The film was directed by Tony Randel, who made it between Hellbound: Hellraiser II and Ticks. The screenplay is by Antonio Toro and Christopher DeFaria, who also produced, and the cast includes Stephen Macht as Jacob, Shawn Weatherly, Megan Ward, Damon Martin, Jonathan Penner and Nita Talbot. It is a horror film from the United States, released in July 1992, and runs 94 minutes.

Reception was weak. On IMDb it holds 4.7 out of 10 from roughly 3,900 votes, and on TMDB it sits at 4.8 from about 150 votes, so audiences who have seen it rate it below average. A critics' rating of 4.4 out of 10 from 11 reviews is in the same range as the audience scores.
