Mars

Mars is an animated science fiction comedy about the first crewed mission to the red planet. The story follows astronauts Charlie Brownsville, Hank Morrison, and Dr. Casey Cook as they take part in a space race between NASA and the ESA. While competing against an intelligent robot to explore the planet, the crew must deal with the monotony of long-distance travel, interference from reporters, personal insecurities, and various life-threatening mishaps.

The film was directed and written by Geoff Marslett. The voice cast features Mark Duplass, Zoe Simpson, and Paul Gordon as the three lead astronauts, with additional performances by Cynthia Watros, James Kochalka, and Liza Weil.
