5-Headed Shark Attack

A monstrous shark with five heads and a body shaped like a starfish terrorizes the open ocean. The creature eventually reaches the beaches of Puerto Rico, threatening the safety of the island. A team of biologists from a local aquarium attempts to capture the mutation alive to use it as a tourist attraction, but the creature continues to hunt and kill.

This horror and science fiction film was produced by The Asylum and directed by Nico De Leon. The screenplay was written by Jacob Cooney, Bill Hanstock, and Daniel Lawlor, with David Michael Latt serving as producer.
