Magnus

Magnus is a drama centered on a teenage boy who intends to end his own life. The plot follows the struggle between the youth and his father, who attempts to persuade his son to abandon this decision.

The film was written and directed by Kadri Kõusaar and was a joint production between the United Kingdom and Estonia by Donus Films and Vitamin K Film. Kristjan Kasearu stars in the title role, appearing alongside Mart Laisk as the father and Merle Jääger as the mother. The supporting cast includes Kerli Toim as the sister, Ruuben Rekkor as a younger version of the protagonist, and Marika Korolev-Pihelpuu in a dual role as a prostitute and a psychiatrist.
