The Moment You Fall in Love

Hina Setoguchi develops feelings for Koyuki Ayase after a clumsy first encounter during their middle school years. Determined to be near him, she studies hard to enroll in Sakuragaoka High School. While Hina struggles to confess her love to the gentle Koyuki, she is unaware that her friend Kotarou harbors his own feelings for her. The story follows these three characters as they navigate the complexities of youthful romance and shifting relationships in high school.

Directed by Tetsuya Yanagisawa, this was the first of two films he directed in 2016, followed by I've Always Liked You.
