A rookie EMT and her partner encounter a wounded superhero during the woman's first night on the job. The two medical professionals become involved in the hero's attempt to protect Los Angeles from a sinister organization. As they are drawn into a hidden world, the lead paramedic must face her own personal struggles to survive the conflict.

This action and science fiction production was a joint effort between the United Kingdom and the United States, produced by Origin Story. It was co-directed by Kerry Carlock and Nicholas Lund-Ulrich, who later collaborated on Suffer in 2025. The film features Vicky Jeudy as Lauren Monroe, Shawn Parsons as Armstrong, and Jason Antoon as Eddie, with supporting performances from Christian Anderson, Kevin Pollak, and Camille Chen.
