Three criminals hide out in a warehouse after a robbery goes wrong, only to find themselves surrounded by police outside and stalked by a vicious attack dog inside. As they search for a way out, the men realise the building is being used for something far more dangerous than storage. The dog is not a stray, and its owner will eventually return.
Paul Solet directed and wrote Bullet Head, which sits third in the run of features he has directed, after Grace and Tales of Halloween, and before Tread, Clean and Chowchilla. Adrien Brody plays Stacy, John Malkovich plays Walker and Antonio Banderas plays Blue, with Rory Culkin, Ori Pfeffer and Alexandra Dinu among the twenty credited cast members. The production was mounted in Bulgaria by Nu Boyana Film Studios and Millennium Media, with Les Weldon, Solet and Yariv Lerner producing.
Bullet Head runs 93 minutes and was released in December 2017. On IMDb it holds a rating of 5.4 from around 12,000 votes, while on TMDB it stands at 5 from roughly 560 votes, indicating limited enthusiasm among viewers. A critics' rating of 6.1 from 17 reviews is noticeably higher than those audience scores. The film belongs to the crime, drama and thriller genres.
