A physics student named Daniel becomes consumed by a desire to travel back in time after his girlfriend is murdered. Following years of isolation and intense study, he discovers a way to return to the past to prevent the killing. However, his journey reveals that he has changed as a person, and he must face the difficulty of altering the course of events.

This Brazilian science fiction drama was written and directed by Bruno Bini. It is the second film in his career, following Três Tipos de Medo and preceding Cinco Tipos de Medo. The movie stars Bruno Gagliasso in the lead role of Daniel, appearing alongside Bia Arantes, Branca Messina, Zé Carlos Machado, Roberto Birindelli, and Nikolas Antunes. The production was a collaboration between Globo Filmes, Canal Brasil, Plano B, and Valkyria Filmes.
