Laura is a journalist living in Mexico City who isolates herself from others, hiding her loneliness from her family. Her days are spent observing neighbors and having brief encounters with strangers until she meets Arturo, a charismatic actor. The two enter an intense and passionate relationship centered on shared masochistic desires and sexual exploration. As Laura counts down the days toward a significant anniversary related to her father's death, her secret past resurfaces, pushing their physical encounters to more extreme levels.
