1942: Unknown Battle

Set during the 1942 battles near Rzhev, this war drama follows a depleted Red Army company tasked with holding the village of Ovsyannikovo. After suffering heavy losses, the remaining soldiers are ordered by headquarters to maintain their position at all costs, even as they realize reinforcements may not arrive in time. The situation becomes more complex with the arrival of a special department officer assigned to uncover traitors within the ranks.
