Emily travels to Miami to pursue a career in professional dance, where she meets Sean, the leader of a street dance group known as The Mob. The group specializes in large-scale flash mobs, but they face a conflict when Emily's father, a powerful real estate developer, plans to demolish their neighborhood for a new construction project. Emily joins the crew and helps organize their performances as a form of protest to save the community, balancing her personal ambitions with her relationship with Sean.

Directed by Scott Speer, this was the first film in his directing career.
