Will

Will is a family drama about an eleven-year-old Liverpool football fan living at a boarding school following the death of his mother. After his estranged father, Gareth, unexpectedly returns with tickets for the 2005 Champions League Final in Istanbul, the two plan a trip together. However, Gareth dies suddenly before they can leave. Determined to honor his father's memory and support his favorite team, the boy runs away to Turkey. Along the way, he meets a former Yugoslavian football star who has left the sport due to the trauma of civil war, and the two travel together toward Istanbul.
