Short description
A small community is plagued by a series of brutal and mysterious animal attacks. Sheriff Jim Tanner and his assistant, Barbara, investigate the violence and discover that the tracks lead to Dr. Hyde. A former military researcher, Hyde continued his work on dinosaur cloning using foreign funding after the government withdrew its support. As the situation escalates, the Pentagon dispatches a strike team to stop the scientist and rescue the local law enforcement officers.
The horror thriller was produced by New Concorde and written by Frances Doel and director Jim Wynorski. This project marks the 10th of 22 films directed by Wynorski, following Final Voyage and preceding Poison. The movie was produced by Roger Corman and features a cast including Eric Roberts, Corbin Bernsen, and Melissa Brasselle. A total of 30 actors and 78 crew members are credited in the production.
Since its release in 2001, the film has received generally poor feedback from viewers. It holds a rating of 2.9/10 on IMDb based on 1,700 votes and a slightly higher score of 3.9/10 on TMDB from 48 votes.
