Biker Cary Ford returns to his hometown hoping to reunite with his girlfriend, Shane, and settle unfinished business. Instead he finds himself framed for a murder he did not commit, accused of killing the brother of Trey, the leader of the Reapers, the most feared motorcycle gang around. Two rival gangs and federal agents are soon after him, and his only hope lies with his loyal friends, Dalton and Val, as he tries to prove his innocence and identify the real killer.

The film is the first feature directed by Joseph Kahn, followed in his filmography by Detention, Power/Rangers, Bodied, Mariah's Christmas: The Magic Continues and Ick. Matt Johnson wrote the screenplay, and Neal H. Moritz and Brad Luff produced. Martin Henderson plays Ford, with Ice Cube as Trey, Monet Mazur as Shane, Adam Scott as Jay McPherson, Matt Schulze as Henry James and Will Yun Lee as Val among the 31 credited cast members.
