Daniela Forever

A man named Nicolas struggles to accept the sudden death of his girlfriend, Daniela, following an accident. To cope with his grief, he joins a sleep study involving medication that enables him to experience lucid dreams. These dreams allow him to reconstruct his life and reunite with Daniela, though he must face the reality of her absence every morning.

Written and directed by Nacho Vigalondo, this science fiction romance is the sixth film in his directorial career, following Timecrimes, The ABCs of Death, V/H/S: Viral, Open Windows, and Colossal.
