Tell That to the Winter Sea

Jo, a woman preparing for her wedding, organizes a getaway to a rural estate for a group of female friends. Among the guests is Scarlet, a childhood companion and former romantic interest. Although the two have grown distant over the years, they find themselves confronting old emotions and reflecting on their personal growth while the other guests spend the weekend together.

This romantic drama was directed by Jaclyn Bethany, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Greta Bellamacina. It is the second film in Bethany's directing career, following Before the World Set on Fire and preceding Good Grief. The movie stars Greta Bellamacina in the role of Jo and Amber Anderson as Scarlet. The supporting cast includes Josette Simon, Tamsin Egerton, Bebe Cave, and Jessica Kate Plummer.
