Suspended Time

Two brothers, a film director and a music journalist, return to their childhood home in the French countryside during a period of confinement. They are accompanied by their new partners, Morgane and Carole. As they stay in the house, the familiar surroundings and objects trigger memories of their youth and the people they lost. This isolation creates a sense of suspension in time, leading to emotional revelations and growing tension between the four individuals as the atmosphere around them becomes increasingly surreal.

Written and directed by Olivier Assayas, this project is the fourteenth film in his career, following Wasp Network and preceding The Wizard of the Kremlin. The production was handled by Curiosa Films and Vortex Sutra. The main cast features Vincent Macaigne and Micha Lescot as the brothers, appearing alongside Nine d'Urso and Nora Hamzawi.
