Gabriel's Redemption: Part I

Gabriel departs from a high-ranking role at the University of Toronto to start a new chapter with Julia, while hoping to become a father. Their relationship is strained as Julia becomes consumed by a demanding academic program. When she is invited to lecture at Oxford, a conflict arises because her presentation contradicts Gabriel's own scholarly research. While in Oxford, an old adversary reappears, seeking to discredit Julia and reveal a secret Gabriel has kept hidden. The couple is forced to deal with their collective past and the resulting emotional turmoil.
