Short description
Set in England during the Edwardian era, this drama follows Angel Deverell, a young woman from a poor background who dreams of becoming a novelist. What's left behind the scenes
- When Romola Garai first came to the audition, she was rejected because the director found her too "rough around the edges." The actress dressed up, came back, and was given the role.
