Guacamole Yesterdays

Ames is a cartoonist struggling to recover from a painful breakup. To cope with her grief, she participates in an experimental therapy that enables her to revisit and modify her memories of her former partner. As she alters past romantic moments and conflicts, she begins to doubt the nature of her reality and considers if changing the past is a genuine way to heal or a method of hiding the truth.

Directed by Jordan Noel, this was the first of two films he has directed, preceding Gargantuan. The screenplay was written by Hudson Phillips, who also served as a producer alongside Michelle Moreland. The cast features Sophie Edwards in the lead role of Ames, with Randy Havens, Adetinpo Thomas, Charity Cervantes, Megan McFarland, and Brice Anthony Heller in supporting roles. This American production from Mirror Box Films blends elements of science fiction, romance, comedy, and drama into an 86-minute runtime.
