Waiting

Waiting is a short dance drama based on a text by Roland Barthes. The story centers on Victoria, a woman experiencing the emotional volatility of love, ranging from disappointment and uncertainty to illusion. These feelings lead her to transform her living room into a stage where she expresses her identity as someone who loves and waits through choreography.

The film was directed by Julián Enriquez and produced by Martina Manzur through Ergo Producciones. It features Guadalupe Zarratea in the lead role of Victoria, with Nelda Palchevich providing the narration. Released on January 29, 2024, the production has a runtime of four minutes and blends elements of music and romance.
