Hello, Love, Again

Hello, Love, Again continues the story of Joy and Ethan, five years after Joy left Hong Kong for Canada to build the life she had been working toward. The two stayed committed to each other through time apart, long distance and a global shutdown, and now they are finally together again on Canadian soil. What they find is that being in the same place is not the same as being the same people: both have grown and changed on their own, and they have to work out whether the lives they have built separately can fit together.

The film is a drama and romance directed by Cathy Garcia-Sampana, whose earlier credits include One More Chance, Four Sisters and a Wedding and Hello, Love, Goodbye, the 2019 film that introduced these characters. Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards return as Joy and Ethan, with Joross Gamboa, Valerie Concepcion, Jennica Garcia and Ruby Rodriguez in supporting roles. Carmi Raymundo and Crystal S. San Miguel wrote the screenplay, and Katherine Labayen produced. Made by Star Cinema, GMA Pictures and ABS-CBN Studios, it was released in November 2024 and has taken in roughly 28 million dollars worldwide. On TMDB it holds a 6.4 out of 10 from a small number of votes, a modest showing alongside its commercial performance.
