Second Thought

Second Thought is a romantic drama about Chris and Art, two men who follow similar daily patterns in different places. Their lives intersect in Provincetown, a destination known for being welcoming to the LGBTQ+ community, after they connect through a dating application. While their initial meeting leads to a physical encounter, the relationship takes a sudden turn when one man blocks the other the following day.

The film was co-directed by Jimmy Martin, Kat Holm, Chris Stanley, and Art Bezrukavenko. For these four directors, this 2024 release precedes their subsequent project, Just Friends, which came out in 2025. The screenplay was written by Art Bezrukavenko and Chris Stanley, who also star as the primary characters, Art and Chris. The supporting cast includes Bret Labelle, Dave Balardini, and Jim Lucie. Produced in the United States with support from Kickstarter, the film has a short runtime of seven minutes.
