Sauna

Set in Copenhagen, this drama follows Johan, a gay man who spends his time enjoying the city's nightlife, parties, and his job as an administrator at a local gay sauna. While he is accustomed to casual encounters, his life changes when he develops a deep romantic connection with William, a transgender man. Their relationship faces challenges as it clashes with traditional social expectations regarding gender, identity, and love.

The film was directed by Mathias Broe, who also co-wrote the screenplay with William Lippert. The production was handled by Nordisk Film and features a cast led by Magnus Juhl Andersen in the role of Johan and Nina Rask as William.
