Blood
Short description
Two police brothers, Joe and Chrissie Fairburns, investigate the brutal murder of a young girl alongside their supervisor. Their primary suspect is Jason Buliegh, a social outcast with a history of sexual offenses. When a lack of evidence forces the police to release Buliegh, the brothers decide to take the law into their own hands to force a confession. This decision leads them into a moral collapse as they attempt to cover up their own crimes while living under the shadow of their father, a retired police chief.
Directed by Nick Murphy, this 2012 United Kingdom production was his second feature film, following The Awakening. The screenplay was written by Bill Gallagher. The cast features Paul Bettany and Stephen Graham as the brothers, with Mark Strong, Ben Crompton, Brian Cox, and Zoë Tapper in supporting roles.

What's left behind the scenes
