I Give It a Year

Nat and Josh fall for each other quickly and marry not long after meeting, even though the people around them doubt the match will last. Once the wedding is over, the couple has to navigate their first year as husband and wife, and their differences soon become hard to ignore. Josh's friend Danny offers unhelpful advice, while Nat's client Guy makes his interest clear and Josh's former girlfriend Chloe reappears. Comedy and romance drive the story as the newlyweds try to hold things together.

Dan Mazer directed and wrote the film, which was released in 2013 and is the first feature he directed. Tim Bevan, Eric Fellner and Kris Thykier produced it for Working Title Films, with StudioCanal, Canal+, TF1 Films Production and others involved across Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States and France. Rose Byrne and Rafe Spall lead as Nat and Josh, with Simon Baker as Guy, Anna Faris as Chloe, Stephen Merchant as Danny and Minnie Driver as Naomi among a credited cast of 52.
