Bearcave

Bearcave is a drama and romance set in the Greek mountain village of Tirna. The story follows the close bond between Argyro, a tough farmer, and Anneta, a popular local manicurist. When Anneta reveals she is pregnant and intends to move to a city with her boyfriend, a police officer, Argyro suggests they first search for a mythical bear cave. After Anneta departs for her new life, Argyro is left heartbroken, unable to have confessed her romantic feelings. While settling into a new home with a demanding mother-in-law, Anneta begins to feel that her true future lies elsewhere.

The film was co-directed and co-written by Stergios Dinopoulos and Krysianna Papadakis. It is the first of two films they directed in 2026, preceding the release of Hot Wax. The main cast features Hara Kyriazi as Argyro and Pamela Oikonomaki as Anneta, with supporting performances by Sofia Linospori, Vaso Gkougkara, Leyteris Tsatsis, and Sozos Christou.
