Short description

Treading Water is a comedy and drama about Mica, a boy born with a persistent fish odor that medical treatments and soap cannot eliminate. This condition makes his childhood difficult, as he struggles to make friends at school and requires the help of a therapist. His isolation continues until he meets a girl named Laura.

Directed by Analeine Cal y Mayor, this film was the first of two projects she directed, preceding Book of Love.
