Shackled

Set in a dystopian future, this science fiction thriller centers on the Recidivism Accountability Partnership Program, which has replaced traditional parole. The story follows a former white-collar criminal who is paired with a sociopathic gangster suffering from terminal cancer. To secure their release, both men have explosive devices surgically implanted in their hearts. Because a single mistake by either partner will trigger the immediate execution of both, the protagonist must take extreme measures to stay alive.

The film was directed by Luke Spears and written by Graham Powell and Matt Bayer. It was produced by Blue Fox Entertainment and features a cast including Alexander Aguirre as Sean and Armen Garo as Max, alongside Annelise Cepero as Anna and Jason Arcaro as the Shipping Yard Manager.
