Zogsool

Upcoming and set in the Mongolian grasslands, Zogsool follows a fuel truck driver named Sumber who becomes stranded at a gas station when a town is suddenly quarantined due to the COVID pandemic. While in isolation, he is placed under the care of Khanda, a single mother who runs the station. Khanda struggles with her own hardships, facing labor and sexual exploitation from a greedy owner and a corrupt government official.

The film is directed by Byamba Sakhya, who previously directed Bedridden in 2020 and RESTART in 2023. Produced by Ariunaa Tserenpil, the project is a joint production between Germany and Mongolia, involving Nomadia Pictures, Guru Media, and Bucket GmbH. The movie has a runtime of 109 minutes and is scheduled for release on October 11, 2026.
