Short description
A reality TV program selects six contestants to participate in a free-for-all, no holds barred deathmatch, where they must skillfully outwit and kill each other in order to be the last person alive.
What's left behind the scenes
- The 'special thanks' section of the credits mentions Don Lagarto (the name of the girlfriend of director and screenwriter Daniel Minahan). Initially, Minahan wrote a script in which the main character bore this name. When it came time to film, the producers had reasonable doubts about using a real person's name in the movie. However, Brooke Smith liked the name and wanted to play the character with that specific name, especially since the role had been written specifically for her. Minahan called the real Don Lagarto and found that she did not object to the use of her name.
- Daniel Minahan wrote the role of Don specifically for Brooke Smith.
- The idea for the film came to Daniel Minahan after his work on a television reality show.
